WHAT TO EXPECT
Prescott Valley Grind Boxing Gym offers boxing & kickboxing training for everybody regardless of age. You don’t have to be a competitive fighter to benefit from this great workout. We offer technical classes where you will learn proper warm up, stretching exercises, fighting stance & positions, moving, how to wrap your hands, how to throw jab, cross, hook, uppercut, combinations & defenses (deflecting, back & side stepping, blocking, bobbing & weaving).
You can also learn kicks & combinations of punches and kicks.
You will learn how to use heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags, focus mitts, Thai pads, jumping ropes, medicine ball & combat bands. Our training sessions are designed to improve your endurance, strength, speed & balance as well as mental toughness.
Combat Sport workout is very diversified so no two classes are the same and that keeps you on the proper edge for great results. We have designed this program to help people of all ages get in the best shape of their lives, lose weight, gain tremendous strength and learn how to fight.
Do not be intimidated by the word "BOXING". You will learn at your own pace and never need to keep up with anybody.
